   OUR POLICIES

Delivery Policy:
Our delivery area currently includes the following areas in
MissouriWest St. Louis county and St. Charles county. If you are not sure if your party is taking place within our delivery area, please give us a call to find out.

Rental Agreement & General Release:
Upon making your reservation, you will receive in the mail or an e-mail with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement & General Release." This includes safety & operating information. Please read over this document and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents and will need your signature at that time.

Rain/Weather Policy:
Weather is unpredictable. Therefore, there is NO penalty for a rental Cancelled due to rain or high winds. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse and receive a full refund of your deposit. Once set up occurs, however, all fees are due. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we do reserve the right to cancel the rental. IF YOU CANCEL DUE TO ANY OTHER REASON YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED or a credit issued at our indoor facility.

Payment:
A $50.00 deposit via MasterCard, Visa, or Discover is required at the time the order is placed. AND IS NON REFUNDABLE!!(EXCEPT FOR RAIN/WINDS SEE ABOVE) The balance is then payable upon delivery, before set up of the equipment. We accept cash or credit card # at the time of delivery.

Sales Tax:
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number is provided.

Rental Periods:
All rentals are for the time designated when booking (usually a 3-4 hr. time period) Units will be delivered and set up 15-45 MIN. before your party starts and picked up within 15-30 min. after designated ending time. Due to lack of daylight LATE AUG.- DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME.     ALL RENTALS HAVE TO BE PICKED UP BY 8PM IF YOUR HOSTING AN OUTDOOR EVENT !!

Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just being sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable. Please turn off sprinkler systems the day prior to your delivery. The surface should be dry prior to set up.

Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE: Lessee agrees to be responsible for any damage to JUMP4FUN LLC. equipment, if damage is incurred while the equipment is in the possession of the Lessee. Damage fees vary but are estimated below:
Bounces & Slide:                
   $200-$500 for repairs
   $3500 if the unit is not repairable
