1. HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY AND HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
YOU MAY MAKE A RESERVATION ON OUR WEB SITE OR CALL US TO DISCUSS ALL YOUR NEEDS SO YOU CAN CHOOSE THE PERFECT PARTY PACKAGE. WE REQUIRE A $70-$99 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE BALANCE AND ANY EXTRAS CAN BE PAID THE DAY OF THE PARTY. CHECKS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT ONLY!! BALANCE NEEDS TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD. FRIDAY,SATURDAY,SUNDAY FILL UP FAST. TO GET THE DATE AND TIME YOU WANT, IT IS ADVISABLE TO CALL 2-3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. BUT WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO ACCOMMODATE IN LAST MINUTE SITUATIONS.
2. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION /CHANGE DATE & TIME POLICY?
WHEN BOOKING A PARTY A $70-$99 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. IF YOU CANCEL 15 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKED PARTY,YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE USED AT A LATER DATE. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO PARTY DATE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO WORK WITH YOU!! WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP CHANGE YOUR DATE OR TIME YOU MAY DO SO FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER ORIGINAL DATE BOOKED AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE A CHANGE FEE OF $40. 3. WHAT AGE IS ALLOWED IN JUMP 4 FUN?
JUMP 4 FUN IS BEST SUITED FOR AGES 2-12. NO CHILD WILL BE LET IN UNLESS WITH AN ADULT AND SAME GOES FOR ADULTS THEY CAN NOT ENTER WITH OUT A CHILD.

5. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINK?
ONLY OUT SIDE FOOD ALLOWED IS BIRTHDAY CAKE, AND A FRUIT BOWL OR CUPS. JUMP 4 FUN IS ABLE TO OFFER PIZZA, ICE CREAM, AND SOFT-DRINKS. PLEASE ASK PARTY COORDINATORS ABOUT ANY EXTRAS YOU MIGHT WANT. PLEASE DO NOT BRING A PIŅATA, CONFETTI OR SILLY STRING.
6. WHAT SHOULD KIDS WEAR?
SOCKS ARE REQUIRED!! KIDS WEARING CHAINS, BIG BELTS AND LOTS OF ZIPPERS ON CLOTHING ARE NOT ALLOWED ON INFLATABLE S THEY MAY SCRATCH THEM. NYLON PANTS MAKE THE KIDS GO EXTRA FAST DOWN SLIDES. KIDS MIGHT WANT TO WEAR LONG SLEAVES.
(MOMS YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING EXTRA SOCKS!!)
7. HOW EARLY SHOULD EVERYONE ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE PARTY?
EVERYONE, INCLUDING THE PARTY FAMILY SHOULD NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PARTY TIME. OTHER PARTIES MIGHT STILL BE IN SESSION.
8. ARE WE A DAY CARE?
NO,ALL CHILDREN SHOULD BE WILL AN ADULT. PARENTS SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THERE CHILDREN FOR PROPER SAFETY.
9. CAN PARENTS PLAY ON INFLATABLE S?
PARENTS CAN ENJOY HAVING FUN WITH THERE CHILDREN AND WE ENCOURAGE IT. SAME RULES APPLY FOR ADULTS. PARENTS WHO ARE ON INFLATABLE S MUST WEAR SOCKS AND REMOVE ALL WATCHES BELTS AND ALL OTHER SHARP OBJECTS. WEIGHT LIMIT 250 LB'S.
10. WILL THERE BE STAFF MEMBERS IN THE PARTY ROOMS AND WILL THEY SERVE FOOD?
YES, THERE WILL BE 1-2 STAFF MEMBERS TO HELP SERVE CAKE AND DRINKS HELP WITH THE PRESENTS AND MAKING THE PRESENT LIST!! THEY DO ALL THE SET UP AND CLEAN UP SO THE PARTY PARENTS CAN JUST HAVE A FUN TIME!!
11. WILL THERE BE A CHARGE FOR EXTRA GUEST?
YES, ADDITIONAL CHILDREN FOR ANY CLASSIC PARTY IS $8 EACH. (ALL CHILDREN 2- 15) PARENTS & BABIES UNDER TWO ARE NOT INCLUDED. IF YOU ARE HAVING 40 PLUS ADULTS THERE WILL BE A $10 SURCHARGE.
12. CAN I SPEND MORE THAN THE DESIGNATED TIME IN THE INFLATABLE ROOM?
WE'RE SORRY, BUT WE CANNOT EXTEND YOUR PLAY TIME IN THE INFLATABLE AREA!!
13. CAN WE START OUR PARTY IN THE PARTY ROOM?
WE HAVE FOUND THAT FULL TUMMIES AND BOUNCING DON'T MIX. SO ALL PARTIES MUST START IN THE INFLATABLE AREA.
14. IF I RESEREVED A CLASSIC 25 AND ONLY 15 KIDS SHOW DO I STILL PAY FOR A CLASSIC 25?
YES, WE HAVE THREE DIFFERENT PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM TRY AND PICK THE ONE THAT WILL BEST FIT YOUR NEEDS. YOUR PARTIES ARE ALWAYS PRIVATE UNLESS YOU PICK AN OPEN PLAY TIME.
